If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal on the entire order or on one or more items purchased, please communicate your will by e-mail to servizioclienti@hulashop.it using the template made available at the following link:

and specifying your order number and the codes of the items you intend to return;
- The products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;
- The label must be attached to the products;
- Products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging;
- Fenice srl reserves the right to not accept damaged items and/or used;
- The returned products must be delivered to the carrier within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
Note: Some products come in one size / color / length. These products can therefore not be changed for a different size / color / length / etc.
The cost of returning the product/s to our store, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.
If you do not want a change you can request a refund. First of all, please communicate via e-mail to servizioclienti@hulashop.it the intention to make a return. The administrative reimbursement costs are borne by Fenice srl.
On the contrary all shipping costs of the product, both by courier and by postal service, are charged to the customer. The customer will then be reimbursed for the value of the returned product and the original shipping costs.
If you want to change your item with a new product, this last one will be shipped once we have received the original product/s and we will have checked the conditions.
The shipping costs of returnable are charged to the customer.
