If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal on the entire order or on one or more purchased items, please notify us of your intention to return the items by email at servizioclienti@hulashop.itutilizing the model provided at the following link:/withdrawal-formand specifying your order number and the codes of the items you wish to return;
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- The identification tag must be attached to the products;
- the products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging;
- Fenice srl reserves the right to refuse damaged and/or used items;
- the returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

The cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely the responsibility of the customer.
The customer can choose to:
- receive a refund: Iadministrative refund costs are borne by Fenice srl.
- make an exchange:Note: Some products are available in only one size / color / length. These products cannot therefore be exchanged for a different size / color / length / etc.In case of an exchange, the new product will be shipped once we have received the original product(s) and verified their condition.
- receive from Hula Shop a coupon equal in value to the purchased items to be used for a new order
All shipping costs for the returned product, whether via courier or postal service, are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will therefore be refunded the value of the returned product.
